When you request a consultation, DG Builders may collect your name, phone number, email address, project location or ZIP code, project type, budget range, timeline, preferred appointment window, and the project details you choose to provide. We may also receive basic referral and campaign information that helps us understand how visitors found the website.

Visit source information

We use temporary browser session storage to remember the referring website and campaign labels while you move between our guides and consultation form. This helps us identify where an inquiry came from. This storage does not contain your contact details or search terms, and source information is refreshed after 30 minutes. Browser privacy settings may limit attribution.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on our public marketing pages to understand visits, referral sources, page interactions, and completed consultation requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, and approximate location information. Our completed-request event contains no contact details, project address, or form responses. We remove query strings from the page URLs we supply and use only the referring website’s origin. Analytics is not installed on private project, client, or subcontractor portal pages. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

How we use information

We use this information to review your project, contact you, schedule or confirm a consultation, prepare follow-up information, improve our website and marketing, protect the website from misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messages and calls

If you authorize contact by phone or text, DG Builders may respond about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. We do not sell your contact information to other contractors.

Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, secure data storage, email delivery, communications, analytics, and business operations. They may process information only to provide those services or as required by law.

Retention and security
