Information we collect
When you request a consultation, DG Builders may collect your name, phone number, email address, project location or ZIP code, project type, budget range, timeline, preferred appointment window, and the project details you choose to provide. We may also receive basic referral and campaign information that helps us understand how visitors found the website.
Preliminary project estimates
If you choose a PDF for the preliminary estimator, the original file is read on your device. Selected readable plan text and the project details you provide may be sent to our AI service to suggest project information. This is not a complete visual or engineering review. Please upload only documents you have permission to use and avoid unnecessary personal information.
When you request your estimate, we save your email, the project details you confirm, the estimate assumptions and the exact preliminary price shown so DG Builders can follow up about your project. A callback is optional; we collect a phone number for it only when you request one. The estimate does not automatically enroll you in marketing texts. If you ask us to discuss construction financing, we save that optional request with your existing estimate so DG Builders can follow up by email. This request does not submit a loan application, authorize a credit check, or send your details to a lender. Any loan comes from an external lender, not DG Builders. We also use limited, hashed request identifiers to prevent misuse.
Visit source information
We use temporary browser session storage to remember the referring website and campaign labels while you move between our guides and consultation form. This helps us identify where an inquiry came from. This storage does not contain your contact details or search terms, and source information is refreshed after 30 minutes. Browser privacy settings may limit attribution.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on our public marketing pages to understand visits, referral sources, page interactions, and completed consultation requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, and approximate location information. Our completed-request event contains no contact details, project address, or form responses. We include only selected campaign labels and advertising click identifiers in the page URLs we supply, removing other query parameters, search terms, and fragments. We use only the referring website’s origin. Analytics is not installed on private project, client, or subcontractor portal pages. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

How we use information
We use this information to review your project, contact you, schedule or confirm a consultation, prepare follow-up information, improve our website and marketing, protect the website from misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Text messages and calls
If you authorize contact by phone or text, DG Builders may respond about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. We do not sell your contact information to other contractors.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, secure data storage, email delivery, communications, analytics, and business operations. They may process information only to provide those services or as required by law.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for business, project, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and legitimate business retention requirements. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.
