3Demo & Prep

Once we’ve obtained the necessary permits and approvals, it’s time to start the demolition and preparation phase. This includes removing any existing fixtures, appliances, and surfaces that need to be replaced, as well as preparing the space for construction.

The construction phase involves framing, plumbing, electrical work, and installation of new fixtures, appliances, and surfaces. Our team of experienced contractors and subcontractors ensures that the work is completed safely and to code.
