What does high-end remodeling cost in Los Angeles?
A useful early budget is a range, not one seductive number. Scope, access, materials, detailing and existing conditions decide where a project lands.

Why can two quotes be far apart?
One may include protection, demolition, disposal, substrate correction, waterproofing, finish carpentry and supervision while another lists only visible material and basic labor. Compare scope line by line—not just the last number.
